Privacy statement of Pixplicity B.V.

Pixplicity B.V. is the party responsible for all data processing on pixplicity.com, its subdomains and apps published as Pixplicity on Google Play and the Apple App Store. In this privacy statement, we will explain which personal data we collect and its purpose. Although a bit dull, we recommend that you read the following carefully.

During the processing of your data we conform to the requirements of the applicable data protection legislation. This means we, by using this Privacy Statement:

Email contact

You can connect with us through the contact page on our website. For this purpose, we use your email address so we can reply to your message. By sending us a message and entering your email address you have given us consent consent to store your email address. We store the email exchange on Google for Business for the duration of our email exchange, and any time after that.

PixTours

Within our PixTours portal, you can access a management environment where you can set, specify and change settings. By signing up, either as a new user or existing one, you have provided consent for us to store your email and any other data you have wilfully provided. The use of an email address and password is required to use the application. We store this information until you wish to terminate your subscription with PixTours. You can do this by messaging us at compliance@pixplicity.com from the email account you signed up with.

Newsletter and other communications

We have a newsletter to inform those interested of our products and/or services. For the purpose of sending newsletters, we use your email address. If you are receiving the newsletter this is because you have wilfully provided your email to us, and with it have given us your consent to store this email address and use it for the distribution of our newsletter and other promotional communications from Pixplicity. Each communication contains a link with which to unsubscribe from our newsletter.

We store your email address on Revue. When you elect to unsubscribe, your email address is stored in an “unsubscribed” column to prevent us from inadvertently including you in future newsletters. It is not used for any other purpose. You may ask Revue to delete this data, or ask us to do so on your behalf by messaging us at compliance@pixplicity.com from the email account you signed up with.

Promotion

We can inform you about new products or services by email or social media. If you are receiving social media posts through one of our channels,it is because you have wilfully followed the respective channel. Through your consent our promotional postings are made visible to you through the social platform.

You can object at all times against this promotional communication. Every email contains a cancellation link. On social media, you can either unfollow or block us or use the cancellation option. Further, you can inform us through our contact page.

Website and app data

This section outlines collected and stored data on our website. 


Location data

If necessary, we may collect your location data based on network data. We do this to specify the content of the website for your geographical location. The data is stored in a cookie to reduce network traffic and is only stored locally on your machine. By entering the browser settings you can remove this data.

Providing Data to Third Parties

We do not under any circumstance provide your personal data to other companies or organisations, unless we are required so by law (for example, when the police demands access to personal data in case of a suspected crime). Our website features social media buttons. These buttons are used by the providers of these services to collect your personal data.

We keep anonymous usage statistics on the use of our website and apps using Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. We use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to track visitors on our website and through our apps and to get reports about how visitors use them. We accepted the data processing agreement from Google, which is the party responsible for storing the data from all these services. We do allow Google to use information obtained through these services for other purposes.

Cookies

Our website makes use of cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information, so that you do not have to fill that information again. We can also use them to see whether you are visiting us again.

The first time you visit our website, we will show you a notification explaining our cookies and ask for your permission for the use of these cookies.
